Member Assistance Programs (MAP)

MAP Program Overview

Adventure Therapy Associates (ATA) partners with Central Coast organizations to deliver a tailored Member Assistance Program (MAP) that supports the well-being of your members. Our MAP reduces stress, enhances engagement, and provides confidential therapy and wellness resources to help members thrive in their personal and organizational roles.


Mission: To improve mental health and satisfaction through accessible, high-quality therapeutic support, fostering resilience and community connection.


Core Services:

  • Short-Term Therapy (4–6 sessions): Licensed or supervised therapists address stress, anxiety, or fatigue, available evenings/weekends.
  • Couples/Family Therapy: Strengthens relationships to support member focus and stability.
  • Support Groups: Peer sessions to boost communication and morale.
  • Workshops: Topics like "Managing Stress" or "Effective Communication."
  • Crisis Response: Support for incidents or loss to aid recovery.
  • Leadership Coaching: Confidential guidance for organizational leaders.

Delivery:

  • Hybrid Access: In-person, virtual, or onsite sessions.
  • Confidential Scheduling: Members self-refer via a private portal.
  • Flexible Hours: Evenings, mornings, and weekends.

Pricing:

  • Flat Rate Per Member: Predictable, all-inclusive cost.
  • Pay-as-You-Go: Pay only for used services.
  • Tiered Packages:
    • Tier 1: 10 therapy hours + 1 workshop/month.
    • Tier 2: 15 hours + groups + leadership support.
    • Tier 3: 20+ hours + onsite response + wellness planning.

Onboarding & Support:

  • Initial consultation to align on goals.
  • Launch toolkit: flyers, emails, optional video.
  • Dedicated ATA liaison and quarterly utilization reports.
