Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Program Overview

Adventure Therapy Associates (ATA) offers a tailored EAP to support Central Coast companies. Our program reduces burnout, boosts morale, and provides confidential therapy and wellness resources to help employees thrive.


Mission: Enhance mental health and job satisfaction with accessible, high-quality support to improve performance and retention.


Core Services:

  • Short-Term Therapy (4–6 sessions): Licensed or supervised therapists address stress, anxiety, or fatigue, available evenings/weekends.
  • Couples/Family Therapy: Supports relationships for better workplace focus.
  • Support Groups: Therapist led peer sessions to improve team communication and morale.
  • Workshops: Topics like "Staying Calm Under Pressure" or "Managing Stress."
  • Crisis Response: Debriefing for injuries, conflicts, or loss.
  • Leadership Support: Confidential support to enhance team dynamics.

Delivery:

  • Hybrid Access: In-person, virtual, or onsite sessions.
  • Confidential Scheduling: Self-referral via private portal.
  • Flexible Hours: Evenings, mornings, and weekends available.

Pricing:

  • Flat Rate: Per employee, predictable cost.
  • Pay-as-You-Go: Pay only for used services.
  • Tiered Packages
    • Tier 1: 10 therapy hours + 1 workshop/month.
    • Tier 2: 15 hours + groups + leadership support.
    • Tier 3: 20+ hours + onsite response + crafted experience.

Onboarding & Support:

  • Leadership consultation to align goals.
  • Launch toolkit: flyers, emails, optional video.
  • Dedicated ATA liaison and quarterly utilization reports.
