- Crisis Response: Debriefing for injuries, conflicts, or loss.

- Hybrid Access: In-person, virtual, or onsite sessions.
- Confidential Scheduling: Self-referral via private portal.
- Flexible Hours: Evenings, mornings, and weekends available.
Pricing:
- Flat Rate: Per employee, predictable cost.

- Tier 1: 10 therapy hours + 1 workshop/month.
- Tier 2: 15 hours + groups + leadership support.
- Tier 3: 20+ hours + onsite response + crafted experience.
