We provide specialized, trauma-informed child therapy services designed to foster healing, resilience, and connection for children and their families. Our evidence-based approach integrates Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and Person-Centered Therapy, delivered through one-on-one sessions to create Corrective Emotional Experiences (CEEs). These sessions address emotional, relational, and developmental challenges, empowering children to thrive. Services are available in both English and Spanish, with options for telehealth and in-person sessions.
Traumatic events such as abuse, neglect, or household dysfunction can deeply impact a child’s development. Our ACEs-focused therapy provides one-on-one sessions to create a safe, supportive environment for processing trauma. Using IPNB and Person-Centered Therapy, our therapists help children build resilience, reduce the long-term effects of trauma, and develop healthy emotional regulation. Each session is tailored to the child’s needs, fostering trust and transforming pain into growth.
Children experiencing anxiety or depression benefit from our individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions. Through Person-Centered Therapy’s empathetic support and IPNB’s focus on neural integration, we help children regulate emotions, build self-esteem, and develop coping strategies. Our therapists create a non-judgmental space for children to explore their feelings, equipping them with tools to manage anxiety and depression effectively and find renewed hope.
Social isolation, such as that caused by COVID-19, has disrupted many children’s social and emotional development. Our one-on-one therapy for Social Engagement System Repair uses IPNB to rebuild neural pathways for connection and emotional resilience. Therapists guide children through personalized sessions to foster trust, improve social skills, and enhance their ability to connect with peers and adults in meaningful ways.
Navigating foster or blended family dynamics requires tailored support. Our one-on-one therapy for foster and blended families uses IPNB and Person-Centered Therapy to address relational injuries, promote empathy, and build trust. Therapists work individually with children to strengthen family bonds and improve communication, creating a safe space to process emotions and foster positive connections within the family unit.
Supporting parents is vital to a child’s healing journey. Our one-on-one parental support sessions provide tools to understand children’s behaviors as communication. Using Person-Centered Therapy and IPNB, we guide parents in fostering corrective emotional experiences at home, enhancing family communication, and building resilience. Sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for busy families.
